The Surgery Center in downtown Huntsville is just off Governors Drive at
721 Madison Street, between St. Clair and Lowe Avenue.

Parking Instructions

For patients undergoing eye surgery, breast ultrasounds and some biopsies, pain management, or extended care and their families, your procedure will be most conveniently accessed from the Franklin Street entrance. For all other procedures, please use our Madison Street entrance, where you may leave your car with our valet parking attendants. They will be happy to park your car at no charge to you.

Arab

From Arab take US 231 North to the US 431 South/Governors Drive exit. Turn right at Governors Drive and continue
for 1 mile. Turn left at Madison Street and continue for .1 mile. The Surgery Center will be on your right.

Athens

From Athens take US 72 East to Washington Street. Turn right toward downtown. Continue for 1.1 miles and
The Surgery Center will be on your left.

Birmingham

From Birmingham take I-65 North. Turn right at the Huntsville I-565 East exit. Take I-565 East to exit 19C. Turn right toward downtown. Continue for 1.1 miles and The Surgery Center will be on your left.

Decatur

From Decatur take I-565 East to exit 19C. Turn right toward downtown. Continue for 1.1 miles and The Surgery Center will be on your left.

Fayetteville

From Fayetteville take US 431/231 South to the US 431 South/Governors Drive exit. Turn left at the intersection of Governors Drive and continue for 1 mile. Turn left on Madison Street and continue for .1 mile. The Surgery Center will be on your right.

Guntersville

From Guntersville take US 431 North to Madison Street. Turn right and continue for .1 mile. The Surgery Center will be on your right.

Madison

From Madison, take AL-20 East (Madison Blvd), and merge onto I-565 East for 5.6 miles. Exit at 19A to take US - 231/431 South (Memorial Parkway) .7 miles. Take the second exit to Governors Drive, and turn left; continue for .7 miles. Turn left on Madison Street; continue though the intersection of Madison and St. Clair. The Surgery Center of Huntsville will be just ahead on your right.

Nashville

From Nashville take I-565 South to the US 72 East exit at Athens. Continue on US 72 East to Washington Street.
Turn right toward downtown. Continue for 1.1 miles and The Surgery Center will be on your left.

Scottsboro

From Scottsboro take US 72 West until it becomes I-565 West. Take the 19B Washington Street exit. At the end of the exit ramp you will be at Pratt Avenue. Continue on Pratt Avenue to the first traffic light at Washington Street.
Turn left toward downtown. Continue for 1.1 miles and The Surgery Center will be on your left.
