James G. McMurray, MD is an AUA Board Certified Urologist whose research and clinical practice is devoted to the urological fields of male and female sexual dysfunction, prostate cancer, urinary incontinence, urinary tract infections, kidney stones, prostatitis, and benign prostatic hypertrophy (BPH).
Dr. McMurray attended medical school and completed a surgical residency in Urology at the University of Mississippi. He has been an Associate Professor at the University of Alabama Medical School since 1982. He is currently Medical Director of Medical Affiliated Research Center, Inc., the Medical Director of Potency Restored Support Group for 11 years, and the Medical Director of Prostate Cancer Support Group.
Dr. McMurray is a member of many national and international organizations, including the American Urological Association and the International Society for the Study of Impotency. He is also one of the founding members of Americas Doctor, based in Gurnee, Illinois.
A nationally recognized expert in Penile Prosthesis Surgery with over 23 years experience, Dr. McMurray has given numerous lectures and presentations to lay groups and medical groups on Impotency, Prostate Cancer, and Overactive Bladder.
